Logistics Officer

Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for the summary report of inventory working capital transportation costs and customer order lead-time.
• Monitor the quality quantity cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
• Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
• Manage the inspection shipping handling and packaging of supplies and equipment.
• Be responsible for inventory analysis.
• Be responsible for the good receipt form documentation.
• Prepare packing document for goods issue.
• Review and verify import / export shipment documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness (invoice packing list BL / AWB COO etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with all-in-all import / export regulations customs procedures including HS Code classification shipment planning and reporting.
• Check price and roll cost with the supplier and the forwarder.
• Deal with warehouse and transportation parties for shipment arrangement.
• Be responsible for stock preparation & export shipment.
• Update order status & maintain the order / invoice database.
• Be the backup of the reception function when necessary.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
