Job descriptionBachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, or related field). Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in banking or financial institutions. Proven track record in managing funding portfolios and transaction-based clients. Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in formal communication (spoken and written) in Japanese or Mandarin is a must (Proven by certificate). Professional appearance and ability to represent the bank in high-level discussions.
Overview
Relationship Manager Funding & Transaction — PT Siaga Abdi Utama. We are looking for an experienced professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery in funding and transaction solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the funding and transaction segment.
- Identify business opportunities to increase funding portfolio and transaction volume.
- Provide advisory support to clients related to financial products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational and transactional processes.
- Prepare periodic reports and business analyses to support management decisions.
