Responsibilities

• Source, review, and select qualified vendors / suppliers to support company needs and future collaborations.
• Compare quotations and negotiate to secure the best quality, service, and cost in line with company standards.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes.
