Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital media strategies to drive online direct sales, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.
Manage and update website content for Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla
Ensure all digital web offers are aligned with brand positioning and are optimised for conversion.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns to drive direct bookings.
Track and analyse digital marketing KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with digital agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Creative & Digital Asset Development
Develop digital marketing collaterals for email marketing, paid search, and website promotions.
Ensure all digital assets are aligned with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with agency experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
