Planning, developing, implementing and making strategic marketing plans.

Build and maintain Costumer relationship.

Determine marketing budgets and targets to achieve them

Conduct research to find out the needs and wants of target audiences

Identify problems faced by consumers and look for opportunities

Develop an online audience through social media platforms

Create content for press releases, articles and graphics as needed

Track, measure and analyse marketing initiatives

Supervise and ensure the Marketing team performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with company expectations.

Responsible for activities specified by the Company, especially Company expectations.

Responsible ensure Costumer complaints solved by providing a forum (whatsapp group) for clients and technical teams for technical discussions related to the services provided.
