Job description

Responsibilities

  • Check sales orders and input orders by system
  • Handle sales invoices and administration
  • Check and update delivery order status to sales
  • Share and check stock with sales
  • Check shipping with Grab and Tiki

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree with any major, preferably accounting, management
  • Proficient in using the Ecount ERP system
  • Able to work independently as well as a team
  • Can work under pressure
  • Have high responsibility, integrity & honesty
  • Computer literate, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good attitude, communicative, detail and always willing to work
