Job Description :
Develop and implement the national sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the national sales team across multiple branches.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (import / export, manufacturing, retail, etc.).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision makers, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with operations, pricing, customer service, and overseas offices to ensure service excellence.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
Set and manage sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts; report performance to regional leadership.
Drive commercial excellence by implementing CRM best practices and standardized sales reporting tools.
Support and lead negotiations for high-value contracts and bids (RFQ / RFI / RFP processes).
Ensure compliance with company policies, Indonesian regulations, and global standards.
Requirements :
Proven leadership experience in managing national / regional sales teams.
Strong knowledge of international trade, freight operations (air / ocean), customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
