Your Role

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications and backend systems using JavaScript and modern frameworks
Architect robust, maintainable software solutions that support our growing customer base and expanding product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and marketing to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing engineering best practices and coding standards
Drive technical decision-making for system architecture, technology stack selection, and development methodologies
Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and maintain high code quality standards
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical capabilities

Your Credentials

Senior-Level Experience - 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript (Node.js, React, Nestjs or similar frameworks)

Technical Architecture Skills - Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, microservices, APIs, and database design

Full-Stack Proficiency - Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development, with experience in modern development tools and practices

English Fluency - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams

Problem-Solving Mindset - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging complex technical issues and optimizing system performance

Remote Work Experience - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management and communication skills

Startup Experience Preferred - Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements

Sustainability Interest - Interest in renewable energy and sustainability solutions is a plus

Contract Type and Location

This is a full-time contract position for candidates based in Indonesia. The role is fully remote with occasional virtual team meetings. Candidates must be available for collaboration during overlapping hours with Singapore time zone (GMT+8).
