Solutions Architect (Team Leader) - Regional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical needs.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design end-to-end complex solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Can build business cases, OPEX and CAPEX model.
• Develop PoC objectives, plans, and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure success criteria and KPIs are met.
• Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure quality standards in solution development.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting project change requests and internal handovers.
