Territory Head
The Territory role offers to build strategic plan to attract more core producers for more business volume
Position Responsibilities :
Lead various initiatives such as Agency Recruitment Squad, , Agency Contest and Campaign design, and working groups
Organize and arrange Events and Conferences; Manage and coordinate all Departments and stockholders for events and Conferences
Build strategic plan to attract more core producers for more business volume
Coaching and Training on capability both hard and soft skills
Writing Media & public releases
Hosting Department events when necessary
Create & implement recruitment strategies per individual recruitment segments
Create & implement a detailed recruitment strategy & implementation plans for Full-time Agency concept and SME recruitment segment
Create a detail strategy to recruit new agents & leaders from financial industry
Communicate & cooperate with Branch recruitment managers, ADs, AMs and other key stakeholders within Agency
Perform other Ad-hoc tasks as required
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of management experience in financial industry
Experience in facilitating project management in the financial services industry
KPI Problem Solving and Decision Making / Change Management skills / Project Management skills / Performance Management skills / Balance Scorecard skills / Empowerment Skills / Strategic Thinking
Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills
