How can you support us? Here are your responsibilities :

Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQ) to subcontractors based on approved service requests.
Support subcontractors during the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring confidentiality of all bid-related information.
Prepare commercial bid tabulations to compare subcontractor offers, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve results or select the most suitable subcontractor.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with subcontractors.
Prepare subcontracts based on standard General Terms and Conditions and Project Special Conditions, managing possible deviations.
Close out the bid process by securing subcontract confirmation from the selected subcontractor and formally notifying unsuccessful bidders.
Follow up and negotiate subcontract amendments or revisions, if required.
Ensure compliance with project-specific procedures and approval processes (from both Company and Contractor).
Review and comment on technical documentation received with service requests and technical evaluations.
Maintain proper contractual documentation and archive records in accordance with company procedures.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Subcontract Officer / Specialist in the oil and gas industry.

Experience in the end-to-end subcontracting process of services for offshore projects.

Strong expertise in negotiation and strategic thinking.

Familiar with SAP / Ariba systems.

Knowledge of PTK007 is preferred.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and stakeholders.

Solid project management skills, including activity coordination, progress monitoring, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
