Responsibilities
- Translate the brand vision into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Own and execute brand campaigns that build awareness, strengthen positioning, and drive consumer engagement.
- Plan and deliver product launch strategies, from concept to go-to-market execution, ensuring a consistent story across channels.
- Lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, e-commerce, retail, and offline activations.
- Ensure brand consistency by implementing communication guidelines, key visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify opportunities, track trends, and refine brand activities.
- Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns on schedule and within cost.
- Report results and insights directly with clear recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand / marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.Proven track record in brand building, campaigns, and product launches.Strong mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn insights into action.Strong in project management and cross-functional collaboration.Experienced in both digital and offline brand initiatives.Comfortable working in a fast-growing, founder-led environment.Passion for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.Seniority level
