What you'll do :

As a People and Culture Manager based in Jakarta, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of the employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.   • Contribute as a people leader to the development of country‑wide and group‑wide People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Represent People & Culture operations at business meetings, ensuring local leadership understands deliverables, strategies, and the value brought by the function.
  • Drive the planning, development, and achievement of People & Culture strategy within the country and assigned business groups, maintaining focus on strategic drivers while aligning with global processes.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders including Managing Directors and Group Directors to implement people plans, projects, initiatives, and priorities that support business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership teams to promote an inclusive culture through Diversity & Inclusion initiatives aligned with global strategies.
  • Support local businesses in acquiring, developing, and retaining talent by aligning recruitment efforts with group policies while staying attuned to market trends and workforce issues.
  • Deliver group leadership development initiatives locally by liaising with talent teams to ensure successful embedding of these programmes.
  • Establish and maintain enduring relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business to facilitate open communication and shared goals.
