We are currently seeking a System / Ops Admin for a retail distribution company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and optimize operational systems effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Use and improve the system based on the user feedback including proposing for system improvement
  • Ensure the efficiency and reliability of systems used in retail distribution.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement updates and upgrades.
  • Enter data to the system as part of operational purpose
  • Develop and document operational procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience in system or product management
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
