Responsibilities
To maintain the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of guest areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment that reflects the brand’s premium service standards.
- Perform daily cleaning of guest areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities according to standards.
- Follow cleaning checklists and SOPs to maintain brand quality.
- Report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost-and-found items promptly.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and store equipment properly after use.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
Education : Minimum junior high school or equivalent.Experience : Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.Basic literacy (able to read cleaning SOPs and chemical safety instructions).Ability to follow checklists and time schedules.Detail-oriented, physically fit, punctual, and team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
