You'll create impact by :

  • On-site Testing & Commissioning : Lead and execute Testing & Commissioning / Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for substation secondary systems.
  • Comprehensive Project Support : Provide diverse support throughout projects, including training, commissioning supervision, and troubleshoo ting
  • Quality & Customer Focus : Actively contribute to factory quality control, customer service, and after-sales support, which includes troubleshooting and site investigations
  • Sales & Proposal Assistance : Support the business development process by assisting with proposals and sales, including conducting site surveys.

Your defining qualities :

  • Experienced Electrical Engineer : Minimum 5 years in substation and power plant engineering, with a focus on HV / MV / LV switchgear.
  • HV / EHV Substation Expert : Proven track record in testing and commissioning HV & EHV substations.
  • Power System Analysis Pro : Strong understanding and practical experience in power system analysis.
  • Adaptable & Independent : A fast learner who can work effectively independently or as part of a team, even under minimal supervision, and adapts quickly to new situations.
  • Strong Communicator : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Resilient & Flexible : Able to work effectively under time constraints and pressure.
  • Globally Mobile : Willing to undertake on-site work in Indonesia or overseas for specific durations
