Job descriptionExcellent communication in both Bahasa and English. At least 18 years of working experience in both retail / consumer At least 10 years of working experience in senior leadership position, and possess the ability to manage different stakeholders. Proven track records in launching new business, or expansion will be highly preferred.

Job Description
- Collaborating closely with different Head of Businesses to identify opportunities for growth, drive innovation and ensuring alignment between the company's strategic objectives and operational activities.
- Developing and implementing the company's strategic plan in alignment with its vision and mission.
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends and competitive threats.
- Setting both short term and long term plans and presenting the plans to other BODs.
