Operation Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards for production, cost, and project performance.
• Design and manage Excel-based reporting systems — including structured input forms, automated calculations, and summary dashboards.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to understand, map, and visualize key business processes .
• Translate process understanding into measurable KPIs and data models.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Automate recurring reports and create BI dashboards to support faster decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver insights to management and leadership teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning through data-driven analysis.
