Role

We are looking to hire a Procurement Content Advisor to support the deployment of consistent Content Management Processes across Singapore in Indirect & CAPEX in line with the global process blueprint.

Responsibilities

Creates and maintains Procurement content (e.g. SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) as defined by Category Management / Sourcing in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master Data.
Improve buying / Procurement content and buying channel experience.
Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team.
Increase P2P automation rates.
Provide Process and buying channel experience; support processes to build and design content for different buying channels used in SAP ERP and / or SAP Ariba.
Run analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Content workstream lead, Category Managers and / or strategic buyers.
Establish content (system-based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) in collaboration with Content Workstream Lead, Category Manager and Strategic Buyers.
Ensure operationalization of contracts / catalogs and smart-forms through content management; manage supplier onboarding and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers.
Collaborate with Content Advisor / Managers and P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance.

Contract

This is a 15 months fixed term contract position at our Singapore Tuas site.

What we are looking for

Over 5 years of project management experience.

Customer service mindset with ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill sets.

Enjoy working with data, IT systems and new technologies.

Hands-on experience handling detailed information and transcribing this into SAP ERP and / or SAP Ariba.

Experience in P2P Process and Content Management; SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying setup.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel).

Broad and deep Source-to-Pay process knowledge with detailed knowledge in Requisition-to-Pay.

Strong content management system knowledge and ability to learn new systems and database schemas.

Strong stakeholder management and project management skills; proven supplier management.

Support driving change and compliance; solid background in Procurement processes and methodologies.
