Host - D2C (Live Commerce)

As a Live Commerce Host, you will be the on-screen face representing the brand and / or creator account during live shopping broadcasts.

You will engage directly with the audience, present products in an appealing and informative manner, and drive viewer interaction to maximize conversion rates.

Beyond being a presenter, you will collaborate with content, commercial, and production teams to ensure each live session is well-prepared, audience-focused, and aligned with business objectives.

A successful Host is charismatic, energetic, understands sales dynamics, and is passionate about delivering an engaging live shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Live Hosting & Audience Engagement : - Act as the main presenter during live shopping shows, introducing products and delivering compelling product storytelling.

• Interact actively with live audiences, answer their questions, and encourage participation through chats, giveaways, or call-to-actions.
• Maintain a lively, professional, and on-brand persona during all live sessions.

Show Preparation & Coordination : - Collaborate with content and live streaming assistant / operator teams to script show flows, talking points, and product highlights.

Sales-Driven Product Presentation : - Showcase products with a focus on their unique selling points (USPs) to influence purchasing decisions.

Content Feedback & Improvement : - Provide feedback on audience preferences, engagement trends, and show performance to improve future live commerce content strategies.

Brand Ambassador Role : - Embody the brand's and / or creator account’s image and values, becoming a trusted and relatable figure for the audience.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any field) or equivalent experience.

At least 1-2 years of experience as a host, presenter, MC, influencer, or content creator (experience in live commerce, teleshopping, or live streaming platforms is a plus).

Strong public speaking and on-camera performance skills.

Familiarity with e-commerce or retail sales principles.

Comfortable using live streaming tools and digital platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live, YouTube Live).
