Qualifications

Pendidikan Minimal D3 / S1 Jurusan Akuntansi, Manajemen Keuangan
Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun diposisi yang sama
Memahami pengoperasian Microsoft Excel dan sistem keuangan (Oracle, SAP, Zahir, atau sejenisnya)
Memahmi proses kerja Account Payable, seperti alur dokumen, pencatatan, serta pengendalian pembayaran
Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu
Lokasi Penempatan : Head Office Esteh Indonesia, Bogor

Responsibilities

Memverifikasi dan mencatat dokumen keuangan seperti invoice, payment request, dan reimbursement sesuai prosedur

Memproses pembayaran ke vendor dan karyawan, termasuk cash advance, petty cash, dan perjalanan dinas

Memastikan kesesuaian pencatatan transaksi dengan jurnal operasional dan sistem keuangan perusahaan

Mengontrol dan melaporkan penggunaan budget lintas departemen secara berkala
