R&D Manager

Overview

As our R&D Manager , you will lead product development initiatives, oversee formulation improvements, and ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and certifications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to market and maintain our strong reputation in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop new products and improving existing formulations.
• Ensure compliance with F&B regulations, certifications, and food safety standards .
• Conduct trials, testing, and validation of new ingredients and products.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams to align R&D projects with business goals.
• Monitor trends in the F&B industry to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage documentation and regulatory submissions related to product approvals and certifications.
