We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our E-commerce teams in coordinating and optimizing day-to-day business operations.
This is an internal hiring opportunity — ideal for someone who understands how online businesses work and enjoys taking initiative, staying organized, and keeping projects and communication on track.
- Assist in coordinating projects, tasks, and team deliverables.
- Help with website or platform-related updates such as domain setup, minor website edits, and other basic technical tasks.
- Conduct QA checks for new landing pages, features, or marketing creatives.
- Maintain and organize digital assets, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule marketing activities such as email campaigns, SMS, and promotions.
- Assist with job postings, scheduling booking calls with candidates, and related admin tasks.
- Pull and organize performance reports for marketing and website analytics.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and campaign ideas.
- Provide general administrative and VA-style support to help streamline overall operations.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or as a VA supporting online businesses.Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.Basic understanding of marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics.Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Bonus : Canva, Photoshop, or basic HTML / CSS experience.
