UI Engineer

A newly set-up digital business and technology consulting service business is looking for technically capable, dynamic, and proactive students and professionals. This role given opportunity to work in a new and growing technology consulting start-up company. Positions are open to talents or people who have experience in the field of expertise area and eager to looking experience and developing yourself in Digital Marketing & IT Consulting company.

– Collaborating with project manager and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

– Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

– Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.

– Conducting user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing designs.

– Strong Analytics for UX Design & Flow

– Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field

– Minimum 1 year proven experience in UI Engineer, UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects

– Proficient in using Figma or other design tools

– Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements

– Perform manual QA to ensure that processes, UI, and UX flows function smoothly and are free from issues

– Have strong product knowledge with the ability to understand business needs, user flows, and contribute to feature planning and prioritization

– Ability to interpret and work with system analyst documentation (e.g., flowcharts, flowmaps, etc.)

– Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as React.js, HTML / CSS; experience with WordPress is a plus

– Owns a personal laptop suitable for daily design and collaboration tasks

– Based in Bandung and willing to work from the office
