Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years of experience in business process automation (RPA), particularly with UiPath. Preferably experienced or certified in other automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant areas) with a GPA of ≥ 3.00. Overview
Our client from Central Jakarta is hiring for RPA Developer. The contract will be under Rakamin, and you\'ll work onsite for 1 year.
As an RPA Developer Mentor , you will play a key role in developing the capabilities of Citizen Developers within the company through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge transfer. Your scope of work includes :
- Acting as the primary mentor for Citizen Developers in understanding Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and practices.
- Sharing knowledge on automation fundamentals, particularly using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, including best practices and relevant use cases.
- Guiding Citizen Developers throughout the entire automation lifecycle, from requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment to go-live.
- Providing technical support by assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues such as robot fixing, error handling, and process optimization.
- Monitoring and evaluating Citizen Developers’ weekly progress, while giving constructive feedback to enhance the quality of developed automation solutions.
