What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive testing across Ailytics’ AI models, platform, and related systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by the Customer Success Engineers (CSE) or Operations team, identifying root causes and documenting findings in detail for the technical team.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system usability, efficiency, and reliability for all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain structured test plans, cases, and reports to ensure consistency in testing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to provide feedback on system performance and user experience.
- Communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on product updates and new features to continuously refine testing methods.

Tech literate with a strong ability to quickly pick up new systems and tools.A curious and analytical mindset, constantly looking to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and trace issues to their root causes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings across different stakeholders.Detail-oriented and systematic in testing, documentation, and reporting.Familiarity with Unix-based systems and ability to use common command-line tools.Experience with Docker and containerized environments.Ability to write shell scripts or other automation scripts for testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Prior experience in system testing, QA, or operations support roles is a plus.Why Work At Ailytics?
