Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a GM Mall Operation on behalf of our client, a notable Superblock Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the mall, including building management, tenant relations, leasing support, and traffic management
- Ensure a premium shopping experience through service excellence, cleanliness, safety, and ambiance
- Coordinate with marketing and events teams to support promotional activities and customer engagement
- Manage budgets, operational costs, vendor contracts, and service level agreements
- Oversee preventive maintenance and engineering efforts to ensure smooth infrastructure performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, key stakeholders, and government / regulatory bodies
- Provide leadership to the mall operations team, including training, performance monitoring, and team development
- Collaborate closely with superblock management on integrated facility operations and shared service strategy
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in property or mall operations, with at least 5 years in a GM or senior leadership roleProven track record managing large-scale retail or mixed-use commercial propertiesStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent understanding of building operations, engineering, safety protocols, and service delivery standardsSolid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost controlProfessional and service-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesBackground in hospitality, real estate, or property management is a plus
