About Our Client :

Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

Position Overview :

As a Sales Team Leader, you will drive sales and profitability within your industry by exploring market opportunities and potential projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and target construction projects.
Visit project sites to assess the needs of the scaffolding and formwork system.
Work with the engineering team to create proposals for the required scaffolding and formwork systems.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Prepare contracts, manage customer payments, and oversee shipments.
Regularly visit construction sites after sales to provide support and address any questions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector, preferably in sales.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Solid knowledge of engineering, project management, and commercial practices.

Self-motivated, independent, and committed.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong sales and interpersonal skills, open-minded, growth-oriented, result-driven, and responsible.
