Vice President Network People and Talent Development

Responsibilities

• Create initiative to support Network strategy to achieve FRP in term of people development / talent management / FTE fulfillment
• Responsible to ensure the capacity of Network branches in fulfill as per FTE plan
• To develop training program to ensure all branches staff have the right capability, skill and knowledge to able perform their role with effective and optimize
• Ensure network staff to have certification inpliance with regulatory and internal policy.
• To continuous have initiative to build Network as best place to work

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :

This position requirement a candidate with working experience above 10 years in banking industry especially in retail banking & wealth management, passionate in building staff capability, able to collaborate with branch leaders and business with excellentmunication skills and leadership as well.
