We’re seeking a detail orientated Bookkeeper to help our client’s Digital Marketing Agency. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate accounting records. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements on a monthly and annual basis (Monthly Cost Accrual Management and Financial Reports)
- Process accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy
- Manage payroll (fornightly), bank reconciliations and cashflow management
- Assist with tax preparation and planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (GST and PAYE)
- Track and manage budgets, reporting any discrepancies or issues
- Provide reports and insights to management regarding financial performance
- Utilise Xero software to streamline operations and maintain organised records
