Front End Developer (Laravel & React)

Job description

Develop and maintain web applications and user interfaces using PHP and the Laravel framework

Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces

Design and implement responsive layouts that function across various devices and platforms

Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of web applications

Test, debug, and fix issues to maintain high-quality standards

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development

Maintain existing React-based systems, including bug fixing

Design and develop new custom components as needed by the project

Install and configure server environments for React deployment

Maintain and update project dependencies and resolve any arising conflicts

Preferably experienced in the financial services industry
Proficient in PHP programming language, especially the Laravel framework
Experienced in responsive design and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
Familiar with version control systems such as Git
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of React and tools commonly used in the React ecosystem, such as Node.js and npm
Experience implementing new features and managing code using React and related tools (e.g., Yarn, Node.js)
Familiar with programming tools and libraries such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools
Good understanding of general programming paradigms and React fundamentals, including components, hooks, and the React lifecycle
