About the role

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. As a Design Associate Facilitator, your responsibilities include :

Teaching Activities :

Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard (Course Outline and On-Line Resources).

Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students.

Assist students with learning processes and applying knowledge.

Assess students' learning using various strategies (tests, papers, projects).

Contribute to curriculum diversity and foster students’ critical and creative abilities.

Act as Academic Advisor and Thesis Supervisor (based on assignment).

Suggest improvements related to course development and operations.

Participate actively in self-development programs.

Management Support Activities :

Provide reports to the direct supervisor.

Suggest process improvements related to responsibilities (time, effort, cost).

Perform activities related to Quality Management System.

Perform additional tasks as required by the supervisor.

Minimum Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
