Key Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in marine engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years extensive relevant experience in marine industry / FPSO or offshore oil & gas projects.
- Extensive experience and exposure to Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting of marine operational equipment with state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic techniques.
- Provide programs and schedule / planning for marine activities including class surveys, audits, and other main activities related to FPSO compliance of the operation.
- Handle and manage FPSO’s vessel marine operation & maintenance compliance standard in accordance with local and international regulations, including all associated vessel movements to support FPSO Operation and Maintenance.
- Monitor programs / schedules implementation for refit, fleet time maintenance, planned maintenance systems (PMS), regular servicing, UWILD, UTG, de‑mucking, vessel cleaning, repair, support Maintenance & operation, and internal / external audits.
- Marine Operations : Proficient in handling fleet operations for domestic and international projects, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.
