Job Description
- Handling fulfillment for reward redemption (voucher, e voucher, mileage).
- Handling complaint related with reward redemption.
- Liaise with card and statement delivery teams for voucher delivery.
- Manage reward inventory.
- Monitoring reward delivery
- Handling reward redemption thru Webgen
- Liaise with airlines for mileage
- Manage enveloping and labelling for voucher.
- Involving into projects , Digibank, Posting Engine (PES), TOM CUL,etc.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 – 3 years recognized banking experienceDegree from a recognized University, preferably majoring in Management, Banking or Business AdministrationRequires knowledge of organization and operationsUnderstand clearly product knowledge and policyHave a good interpersonal and negotiation skillsRequires good knowledge of Credit card / Moneyline especially on the payment / interchange process, as well as the reconciliation and control / Requires good language skills and the ability to communicate tactfully with other bank partner or other departments to solve problem / issueRequires good knowledge on MIS data as well as the analytical skillPrimary Location
