Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Marketing based in North Jakarta. The Head of Sales and Marketing will oversee daily sales and marketing activities, develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, manage and lead the sales and marketing team, and nurture key account relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitors, devising promotional and advertising campaigns, and ensuring the effective management of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring monthly target sales achieve
  • Sales Team Management : Recruit, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet objectives.
  • Strategy & Business Development : Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base, grow sales, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and foster strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  • Campaign & Event Execution : Lead and manage offline marketing campaigns, including developing strategies and coordinating with teams to create effective marketing materials for events and other initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Prepare and present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.
  • Market Awareness : Stay informed about new products, market shifts, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (Cosmetics / Skincare / FMCG) with proven track records
  • Leadership & Coaching : Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to success.
  • Strategic Thinking : Skills in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Sales Acumen : Deep understanding of the sales process and how to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Offline Marketing : Expertise in offline marketing channels and campaign execution, including event planning and direct mail.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, measure campaign effectiveness, and present reports to management.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
