Role Purpose

To support business growth and operational efficiency by developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, design reports and dashboards, build and optimize data pipelines, and ensure data quality and consistency. Through advanced analytics and a deep understanding of business needs, the Business Intelligence Analyst will empower stakeholders with timely, accurate, and meaningful information to drive informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of the business, the contribution of each department, and the metrics that drive performance
• Work jointly with department heads and analysts to define KPIs and reports for company-wide performance measurement
• Communicate findings and recommendations to various teams and stakeholders, often working closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Create and maintain data pipelines, database structures, ensure data is stored efficiently, and write and test database code, including SQL queries, Python, procedures, and functions
• Implement reports and dashboards using BI / reporting software
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and seek data-based insights for business operations improvement
• Maintain a corporate repository of metric definitions, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Monitor data quality and resolve any issues in collaboration with data owners
• Proactive initiative for creating data products
• Implement basic to moderately advanced analytics modeling to uncover patterns or discover actionable insights
