Human Capital Project Officer

We’re hiring a Human Capital Project Officer to manage end‑to‑end payroll processes accurately, timely, and in compliance with tax and labor regulations. This role also supports system improvement projects, payroll audits, and employee benefits administration to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations.

Work Location : Head Office, South Jakarta

Reporting Line : Employee Relations Lead

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end payroll processes, preferably in Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or large service‑based companies.
• Good knowledge of :

Taxation (PPh 21), labor law, and BPJS Health & Employment compliance.

Proven experience in payroll system implementation or migration (SAP, DarwinBox, Sunfish, Talenta, Gaji.id, etc.).
