We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role combines the best of digital and offline marketing developing engaging social media content and creating impactful Point of Sales Materials (POSM) to support brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Content
- Plan, create, and manage content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and stories
- Craft engaging captions tailored to platform and audience behavior
- Stay updated with social media trends and leverage them for brand visibility
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure timely and cohesive content delivery
POSM (Point of Sales Materials)
Develop creative and effective in-store marketing tools that align with brand identityWork closely with internal teams to determine POSM needs and campaign goalsCoordinate production of materials such as banners, wobblers, shelf talkers, etc.Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all materials and channelsOversee distribution and timely rollout of POS materials to outletsEvaluate the effectiveness of POSM initiatives and suggest improvementsRequirements :
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or trade marketing rolesStrong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practicesExperience in managing or developing POSM materialsStrong visual sense and attention to detailSkilled in cross-functional coordination and project managementAble to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionExcellent communication and organizational skills
