We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Geodetic Engineer to support the development of a factory construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise geodetic and topographic surveys, ensuring accurate site measurements, and supporting civil and structural teams with reliable spatial data. This role is critical to maintaining alignment, elevation, and positioning accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geodetic and topographic surveys for site layout, boundary demarcation, and construction control.
- Establish and maintain geodetic control networks and benchmarks across the project site.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure spatial data accuracy.
- Perform GPS / GNSS measurements, leveling, and total station operations.
- Process and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software.
- Monitor and verify construction alignment and elevation during execution.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation for project records.
- Ensure compliance with local geodetic standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and third-party surveyors as needed.
- Support quality assurance and control processes related to geospatial data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in geodetic surveying, preferably in industrial or factory projects.Proficiency in survey instruments (Total Station, GNSS, Digital Level).Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS software, and data processing tools.Strong understanding of geodetic principles, coordinate systems, and datum transformations.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.Preferred
Experience working in a PMC or EPC environment.Familiarity with construction workflows and site engineering practices.Certification in surveying or geodetic engineering is a plus.Note
This position is contract-based and will be valid until 31st December 2025 .
