Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist to manage and optimize financial operations, including :

• Handling invoicing, AP / AR , and accounting with SaaS ACCURATE .
• Overseeing legal document management, petty cash, and tax compliance for payroll and invoices.
• Enhancing financial reporting with a focus on EBITDA and supporting sales revenue analysis and goal setting.
• Ensuring compliance with PPH tax and managing DGT documentation (preferred).

Job Requirements

Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Years of Experience : Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of accounting & finance experience with hands on experience in Accounting book keeping (AR / AP), Invoicing, documentation & Legal knowledge is key to be successful in this role.

Proficiency in SaaS ACCURATE , strong knowledge of tax compliance, sales revenue analysis, and financial metrics like EBITDA .

Experience : Prior work in AP / AR, invoicing, and DGT documentation is a plus.

Language : Fluency in English is mandatory.

Attributes : Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven with excellent communication skills.
