Provide activities in internal quality assurance systems (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal) for general non- academic programs 2. Provide guidance on policies, regulations, and procedures to all Unit in BINUS University 3. Administer quality system documentation in BINUS University and supporting division (i.e., check, edit and finalized proposed documents, upload, and control usage of documents) 4. Aid all units in BINUS University to maintain compliance of BINUS internal quality assurance systems (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal) with government regulation, national and international accreditation 5. Analyze audit findings related to BINUS internal quality assurance systems (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal) and recommend improvement to quality assurance system 6. Prepare and maintain documents for accreditation and / or other purposes 7. Perform activities related to non-academic quality assurance program 8. Analyze and provide data related to non-academic quality assurance program 9. Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management System o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure / Experience
