Job description

The Role :

Merencanakan, membuat, dan mengelola kampanye pemasaran online (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Mengelola platform media sosial dan mempublikasikan konten secara berkala.
Mengoptimalkan SEO dan peringkat situs web untuk meningkatkan visibilitas online.
Memantau kinerja kampanye dan menyiapkan laporan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan branding yang konsisten.
Plan, create, and manage online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Manage social media platforms and publish regular content.
Optimize SEO and website ranking to increase online visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding.

Ideal Profile :

Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait (pemegang SPM / STPM dengan pengalaman yang kuat akan dipertimbangkan).

Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang pemasaran digital (lulusan baru tidak akan dipertimbangkan).

Pengalaman langsung dalam manajemen media sosial, iklan online, dan SEO / SEM.

Kreatif, berorientasi pada hasil, dan mampu bekerja mandiri.

Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia; Bahasa Inggris merupakan nilai tambah.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (SPM / STPM holders with strong experience will be considered).

At least 1 year of working experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates will not be considered).

Hands-on experience with social media management, online ads, and SEO / SEM.

Creative, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.
