The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the HR team and business leaders in all aspects of human resources management. This role will involve partnering closely with various departments to provide HR support, guidance, and solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business partnering : coach and consult Business team leaders, drive aligned HR objectives, bring best‑in‑class HR products and strategies, maintain high visibility and trusted advisory role.
- New business initiatives : collaborate to plan and drive “0 to 1” business projects including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and new region set‑up from an HR perspective.
- Performance management : drive a high‑performance culture and winning teams, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Training and development : help train and groom world‑class global leaders; collaborate with Talent Development to support employee training and development initiatives.
- Employee engagement : contribute to building a global winning culture through MVVs (Mission, Vision, Values), execute localized flavours, support engagement initiatives for a positive and inclusive environment.
- HR policies and compliance : ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements; assist in the development and implementation of new policies.
- Employee relations : manage employee relations issues by providing guidance, counselling, and support to managers and employees.
- HR projects : participate in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- Talent acquisition & organisational design : review and align organisational structure and design, manage headcount, partner with finance teams, support recruitment process with TA team.
Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.Knowledge of Indonesian HR principles, practices and employment laws.Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Ability to speak multiple languages; Mandarin desirable.Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.Seniority level
