Factory General Manager

Job Description

Reporting To The COO And CEO, the Factory GM is responsible for leading the plant operations on a day-to-day basis. This role has full capacity to manage and coordinate all support functions within the plant as well as ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in plant management, especially exposure in F&B productions
• Must have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with good hands-on traits
• Must be willing to be based in Eastern Indonesia
• Possess outstanding plant management and leadership skills
• Must have good written and verbal communication in English
