Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective collection strategies for productive and consumer financing portfolios.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance (CurrentRate, flowrate, rollrate, NPL) and recommend strategic actions.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the collection team (desk Collection, Field Collection, Collection Supervisor and third-party collectors).
  • Manage repossession and asset recovery processes for heavy equipment and automotive loans.
  • Review and propose restructuring, settlement, or repossession proposals in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage and evaluate performance of third-party agencies to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present collection performance reports and recovery improvement plans to management.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digital initiatives to enhance collection efficiency.
  • Handle escalated and complex collection cases, providing guidance and resolution direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management within multi-finance or banking industry, covering both productive and consumer financing.
  • Proven success in managing delinquency, NPL recovery, and third-party collection operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of repossession, restructuring, and recovery processes for Heavy Equipment and Automotive.
  • Familiar with financial industry regulations and consumer protection standards.
  • High integrity, resilience, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes frequently.
