Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience designing and executing offshore facility projects. Strong understanding of CS, US, and offshore standards. Proficiency in SACS, SESAM, ABAQUS / ANSYS, and other relevant software. Experience in static, dynamic, seismic, fatigue, vibration, and blast / fire analysis. Strong analytical skills, communication, and mentoring ability. Advanced use of SACS engineering software. USFOS and GRLWEAP for load analyses. Experience with lifting, load‑out, on‑bottom, upending, and pile driveability analyses. Familiarity with seismic, blast / fire, wind fatigue, and vibration analyses.

Responsibilities
- Lead project execution as senior engineer, taking ownership of specific tasks.
- Technical responsibility for material requisition.
- Perform design calculations and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Forecast MTOs, review vendor documents, and interpret third‑party reports for structural design basis.
- Ensure engineering deliverables comply with codes and client expectations, keeping schedule and budget.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Report engineering activities to the group leader and meet quality objectives.
