What we’re looking for this role : leadership in maintenance management within manufacturing, with a focus on safety, process improvement, and asset performance.
Responsibilities
- Follow the strategic direction of Maintenance and Energy for the activity in coordination with the Site Technical Manager and activity manager. Manage and coordinate the maintenance team to improve process performance in EHS, quality, productivity, availability, and cost.
- Implement the production system and durably guarantee the foundations to sustain performance and progress in the domain.
Key Expected Achievements
Safety of people and environmental protection are ensured; safety rules and legal requirements are respected; equipment conformity with standards and internal / external requirements is guaranteed.Maintenance plan optimization is ensured in the long term and sustainably.Global maintenance performance is followed and optimized (equipment availability, cost, reliability, effectiveness).Durability of equipment is ensured through a maintenance plan.Maintenance strategy is defined and applied according to equipment criticality; objectives are shared by personnel; improvements are proposed for processes, methods, and organization.Steps and tools of the Michelin Manufacturing Way are applied in domains of responsibility.Competencies for maintenance are ensured with a succession plan, skill diagnosis, and updated training plan.Improvements (organizational, methods, techniques, etc.) are provided or shared through the business network (e.g., Maintenance Manager network meetings).What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Physics, or related field).Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial environments.Skilled in long-term maintenance planning and optimization.Strong leadership and team development skills.Proactive in process and organizational improvements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English (B2).Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
