Job Description

Develop And Communicate The Company's Risk Management Strategy In Alignment With The Organization's Overall Goals And Objectives.
Collaborate With Executive Leadership To Integrate Risk Management Considerations Into Business Decisions And Planning.
Oversee The Assessment Of Credit Risk Across All Products And Services, And Implement Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Monitor And Evaluate Portfolio Performance, Identifying Potential Areas Of Concern And Taking Timely Corrective Actions.

Requirements

Minimum of 20+ years of progressive experience in risk management within the multifinance industry.

Strong background in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and collections.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management in the multifinance sector.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and execute risk management strategies at the executive level.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
