Position Overview :

The Toko Doeloe - Retail Attendant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Capella Ubud's retail space, ensuring the promotion and sale of retail items, managing inventory, and preparing sales reports. This role requires maintaining the highest standards in retail operations while delivering exceptional service to guests.

The Role :

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to Capella's standards, systems, and controls.
• Manage and maintain all retail merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Drive retail sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit monthly sales and inventory reports to accounting and suppliers.
• Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the retail space per Capella standards.
• Ensure the security of the retail area and merchandise.
• Manage and reconcile retail petty cash.
• Promote a safe and secure retail environment, preventing incidents and accidents.

Talent Profile :

Education & Experience :

Required :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Desirable :

Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
