Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain CI / CD pipelines.
  • Enhance application monitoring and containerize applications.
  • Strengthen cloud-native deployments and build automation tools.
  • Collaborate with teams, participate in delivery, and document DevOps practices.
  • Manage and develop team members, supporting their application of DevOps principles.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in application deployment and operations on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI / CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
  • Working experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting languages like Python and Bash.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in customer proposal / pre-sale and handling cases in English.
  • Knowledge of private or hybrid cloud solutions, VMware vSphere, VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX-v, NSX-T, Load Balancer, and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with CISCO ACI, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

    • Preferred Skills

  • ITIL certification and VMware qualifications.
  • Understanding of on-premises cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of hardware from HPE, Dell, Cisco; good knowledge of Windows and Linux.

    • Additional Responsibilities

  • Deliver infrastructure solutions to promote cloud adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Manage vendor product lifecycle and hardware updates.
  • Maintain the private cloud with current hardware specifications.
  • Provide updates on product roadmaps and work with teams to ensure solutions are delivered as designed.
  • Meet deadlines, own deliverables, and support team development.
